The location was pretty convenient (a 30-minute walk to the center is manageable). i really appreciated the on-site parking. It made things so much easier. the bus stop nearby offered quick access to the city center too.
the tv in the room didn't work, a bit disappointing since i was hoping to relax in the evening.

the room sorted us out reasonably well.
the shower leaked rather badly, frustrating. also, the noise was excessive as i could hear every car pass by and every conversation in the hall, so sleep was difficult. the room was not cleaned during my entire stay.

The room was spacious and clean. It had good amenities . The parking was also very convenient and well maintained. It made access to the hotel much easier after a long journey.
I noticed a slight delay receiving the check-in codes upon arrival.

the hotel's proximity to the university was a major plus as it allowed for quick and easy access. the staff provided clear instructions over the phone regarding access and other procedures. the room included a good supply of towels and refreshments which i found useful after a long day. a large oscillating fan was also available offering relief from the heat.
i noticed a small crack on the bathroom mirror though it didn't affect functionality.

the staff demonstrated excellent helpfulness and attentiveness allowing me to check in an hour early. i found their willingness to accommodate my request particularly beneficial. this contributed positively to the overall start of my stay at the residence.
